Shipping policy

1.     Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at ₹70 per kilogram for each order
  • Orders above ₹1,000 are eligible for free shipping.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery.

2.     Shipping Coverage

  • Shipping is available across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
  • International shipping is available.

3.     Order Dispatch Timings

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or on public or national holidays are processed on the next working day.

4.     Delivery Timelines

  • Bengaluru: Same-day or next-day.
  • Rest of India: 3–6 days from dispatch based on location.
  • International shipping: Standard / Express delivery within 7–8 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance.

5.     International Shipping and Customs

  • The customer must pay customs duties and import taxes (if applicable).
  • Customs clearance timelines are outside our control, but assistance will be provided where possible.

6.     Delivery Method

  • Bengaluru: Delivered by in-house delivery executives or reliable delivery partners.
  • Other locations: Delivered through reliable national courier partners.
  • International locations: Delivered through reliable international courier partners.

7.     Order Tracking and Communication

  • Bangalore orders: Customers may receive a call prior to dispatch.
  • Other locations: Air Way Bill (AWB)/tracking number shared via registered email/mobile number.
  • Courier partners may contact customers prior to delivery.

8.     Missed Delivery/ Customer Unavailability

  • Bengaluru orders: Delivery rescheduled for the next business day.
  • Other locations: Delivery rescheduled based on courier partner availability.

9.     Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Address or contact details may be corrected by contacting customer support or by email.
    • Before dispatch, the full address may be changed.
    • After dispatch, an address change is not possible.
  • Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

10.  Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through customer support.

11.  Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • POD can be requested and will be provided within 3 days.
  • POD requests are accepted only within 2 days of delivery.
